The "حكومي" app, developed by MTIT Mobile, serves as a unified gateway for Palestinian citizens to access government data, requests, and transactions online. It offers a range of services related to citizens, including "My Data," "Transactions," "My Queries," "Liabilities and Cases," and "Complaints and Inquiries."
The "My Data" service allows citizens to access all their personal data available in government departments and institutions, such as civil registry data, medical reports, driving licenses and vehicle licenses, academic qualifications, registered lands, company data, marriage and divorce contracts, and more. The "Transactions" service provides citizens with all government transactions submitted by citizens to relevant departments and ministries. The "My Queries" service provides access to all query records directed to the citizen, such as the date of receiving the Qatari grant, and more. The "Liabilities and Cases" service provides a range of financial liabilities and registered cases as debts owed by citizens to government departments, in addition to traffic violations and a list of cases filed in courts and judicial departments. Lastly, the "Complaints and Inquiries" service allows citizens to send their feedback, inquiries, or complaints related to any government department.
